업그레이드 하고 영문 언어팩에 실수가 발견되어 고치는 김에
부드럽지 않은 문장들 보이는대로 그냥 고쳐봤습니다.

주로 OpenID 관련 문구들입니다

line 37: This OpenID does not have administrative privilege

line 56: OpenID authentification failed.
              > OpenID authentication failed.

line 59: Match OpenId with current account.
             > Link OpenID to current account.

line 60: No domain part exists. (ex. textcube.idtail.com)
             > Input the domain part of the OpenID. (ex. textcube.idtail.com)

line 231: [주석처리 제거,]
