관리자-스킨-출력 설정에서 '카테고리 출력시 목록에 해당하는 글을 모두 출력' 으로 설정하지 않았는지 확인해 보시기 바랍니다. 카테고리 목록을 출력한 후 해당하는 글을 모두 읽어서 뿌려주는 과정에서 메모리가 모자란 것 같습니다.
