저 화면이 뜬 직후 /var/log/apache2/error.log 또는 /var/log/httpd/error.log 파일의 마지막 부분을 봐야 원인을 알 수 있을 것 같습니다. 서버 관리자에게 오류난 시각 근처의 아파치 오류 로그 요청해보세요.

tc를 업로드하고 setup.php를 실행하였더니...
