1. 질문 게시물을 검색해 보니 cache 폴더 권한 설정에 관한게 나오던데... 777로 되어 있습니다.
2. .htaccess나 config 파일은 모두 생성되었고, config 파일에 이렇게 되어 있습니다.

처음부터 다시 코어 버전을 깔고 업데이트 해야 하는건가요?
