getPrivateCategoryExclusionQuery()에 'e.category'를 포함해야 할듯 합니다.
null일때 '' 으로의 대체는 하는 것은 맞지 않는 것 같습니다.  ' >=0'으로 한번더 주면 되는 것 같은데 중복되니..
좋은 방법이 있을까요?
