제 노트북에 Windows Live Writer를 오늘 다운받아 설치해서 테스트한 결과는 정상적으로 인식하고 포스팅도 되구요.
구글 닥스는 도대체 무슨 문제인지 알 수가 없더군요. 그 증상이 과거 writely부터 있었는데, 그쪽 오류가 정확하지 않으니

metaWeblog API를 선택하고 주소는 "자신의 블로그주소/api"로 설정하였습니다.

더불어 현재 정상적이지 않은 Edit URL이 검출되고 있습니다. 다른 api 사용을 모두 끄고 플러그인의 "Blog API"만 켜서 테스트 해 보시기 바랍니다.

별다른 API는 사용하지 않고 환경설정에서 BlogAPI 를 켠 상태로만 두고 있었습니다....
