라는 에러가 뜨면서 설치가 되지 않습니다.

PHP4 버전, PHP5.2버전, targz 설치법, 압축풀고 업로드 하는 설치법 등 모두 사용해봤구요. 퍼미션 777 주는것도 755 777 770 등 다양하게 줘봤습니다만 같은 에러네요. 또한 같은 폴더에 있는 다른 설치(exe)파일은 잘만 내려받아 집니다. 혹시나 DB가 문제일까 싶어서 DB를 미리 만들고 진행해보았지만 같은 에러가 뜨네요.

급하기 만들어야 하는 홈페이지라 기간이 짧더라도 일단 무료로 신청하고 나중에 연장을 하던지 할 생각이었는데 아예 만들어지지도 않으니.. 초보에게 한수 도움되는 답변 부탁드립니다.
