서버의 php.ini 에서
타임존 설정이 안되어있거나 주석으로 되어있는 듯 싶습니다.
이는 서버관리자가 timezone 설정을 해줘야 합니다.
국내의 경우는
[Date]
date.timezone = Asia/Seoul

이런식으로 되어있어야 합니다만 해외라고 하시니 America/Los_Angeles 해당 타임존으로 설정하는게 맞을 듯 싶네요.
