We're very sorry to say we're not sure when it would be available.
Firstly we'll make the feature that one person can own many blogs with him or her.

i think tattertoolss' developer may group by one blog to discuss.

e.g.
admin  --- > author 1---->ABCs' Blog
           ----> author 2---->ABCs' Blog

there have 3 user, they could creative  and modify to one Blog (ABCs' Blog) together.
author 1 or author 2 only modify itself article permission, has not maintain blog permission.
and the admin has full control permission
